The 3M™ Speedglas™ 9100 Series AutoDarkening Filters now provide a new solution. The 9100XXi Auto-Darkening Filter from Speedglas has the same broad viewing area as the 9100XX ADF. However, because of improved optics, the 9100XXi ADF allows you to distinguish colours more easily, which may help you focus on your welding setup, welding technique, precise grinding, and inspection of recently finished welds.

Key Details:
1. More Natural Colour & Contrast: This viewing screen has the same large viewing area as the 3M™ Speedglas™ 9100XX ADF, but better optics make it easier to see colours.
2. Grinding Mode: With just a quick press of the button on the silver front, the filter is locked into its shade 3 light state, ready to grind. With one more quick push, the auto-darkening mode is turned back on, and you're ready to weld again.
3. Dual Memory Modes: Gives you the freedom to quickly switch between two different filters for welding. There is a different choice for dark shade, switching sensitivity, and dark-to-light delay for each memory mode.
4. Auto On/Off: For "Grab & Go" convenience, the motion sensor turns on the filter as soon as you pick up the welding helmet.
5. Helmet Compatibility: Fits with all Speedglas 9100 helmets however external grinding and memory modes are exclusive to the 9100/9100 Air Helmets.

If you clean and check your 9100XXi Filter often, it will work better and last longer. Chemicals or harsh cleaners should not be used to clean the filter. Instead, use a soft, wet cloth.
